An approach that draws on commercial imagery and popular culture. Repetition, enlarged everyday objects, and comic-print devices are possible techniques, not universal requirements.

## Build it
1. Choose one recognizable everyday subject.
2. Use repeated panels deliberately.
3. Keep halftone away from small labels.

## Example
A cultural magazine cover with repeated object photography and a plain article index.

## Typography
Try heavy condensed headlines. Comic lettering should remain a deliberate reference rather than the default for all text.

## Practical consequences
- Starting projects: Publication, Store, Portfolio. These are suggestions, not restrictions.
- Reading/layout: compact; bold visual emphasis.
- Asset work: Recognizable subject imagery is central to the effect.
- Complexity: medium. Allow time for a coherent decorative or image layer and responsive checks.

## Limits
Reducing the movement to comic dots or using copyrighted characters without considering their source.

## Reading the collected reference board
The board mixes bold commercial lettering, comic imagery, and repeated graphic devices. These are contemporary popular-culture references rather than a survey of the historical movement.
