2026 · So far

This year, I’m proud of building tools around the people who use them: the service desk, the people looking after clients, and the team deciding what to automate next.

Tools for everyday work #

Service Toolbox: ticket context, guided automations, and investigations in one workspace.
Client Toolbox: a client book with evidence behind the scores and gaps that stay visible.
Vantage: a place to turn feedback into scoped work with an owner.

Each project includes an interactive replica with fictional data. The demonstrations show selected workflows; the project descriptions distinguish my role from the team’s work.

The next step for provisioning #

In progress · Third-party logistics (3PL)

I’m investing in the next stage of the provisioning operation and preparing for a 3PL implementation. The implementation is ahead of us; it is not a completed result.

Our team’s process starts with service-desk feedback, gathers ideas through Vantage, and turns repeatable work into department-owned toolboxes. I contribute to direction, workflows, interfaces, implementation, and adoption.

September 4 · Rewst case study. Our team’s automation process, reporting 160+ hours recovered each month and the beginnings of automation as a service. This is a team outcome.
August 20 · Automation adoption webinar. The team’s playbook: measurement, technician adoption, and reusable workflows.
June 25 · FLOW, Nashville. I presented the service-delivery workspace and AI-assisted incident investigation alongside the automation team at Community Live Open Mic. The trip also left me with photographs of the city’s architecture and street art.
May 13 · Community contribution. M365 license cost reporting: a multi-tenant workflow combining license inventory, cost validation, and usage into a client-ready report.

Things I make alongside it #
